Role Description
This is a full-time position for an AR Caller in Medical Billing, based on-site in Bengaluru South. The AR Caller will handle healthcare revenue cycle management tasks, including following up on insurance claims, resolving payment discrepancies, and addressing outstanding balances. Key responsibilities include communicating with insurance companies, verifying claim statuses, mitigating denials, and ensuring accurate data entry into billing systems. Additionally, the AR Caller will collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and work towards achieving collection targets while adhering to compliance guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience in medical billing processes, including insurance claims, AR follow-ups, and denial management
- Strong communication skills for interacting with insurance companies and healthcare providers
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and proficiency in data entry
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to handle payment discrepancies
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance guidelines, and knowledge of medical terminology and coding practices
- Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in billing and RCM software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional certifications in medical billing or a related field are advantageous
