Position:
* AR Caller
* Senior AR Caller
Job Responsibilities:
* Handle AR follow-up with US insurance companies
•Handle Authorization and maintain regular log
* Analyze and resolve denied or unpaid claims
* Work on aging reports and ensure timely claim resolution
* Identify billing issues and coordinate with internal teams
* Maintain productivity and quality targets
* Update claim status in the system accurately
Requirements:
* Experience in US Healthcare AR Calling
* Good communication and analytical skills
* Knowledge of insurance portals and denialp management
* Ability to work in US shift
Added Advantage:
* Knowledge or experience in Provider Credentialing
