We are Hiring for Hospital Billing_ Hyderabad
Job Summary
A Hospital Billing Executive is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and submitting medical claims to insurance companies and patients. The role includes verifying patient information, coding support, claim follow-up, payment posting, denial management, and ensuring accurate reimbursement according to healthcare guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit hospital/medical claims to insurance companies.
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and coverage.
- Review medical records for accurate billing information.
- Work on claim submission, corrections, and resubmissions.
- Follow up on unpaid or denied claims.
- Post insurance and patient payments in the billing system.
- Maintain billing records and documentation.
- Coordinate with coders, providers, and insurance companies.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations.
- Handle patient billing inquiries professionally.
- Work on AR follow-up and denial management.
- Meet productivity and quality targets.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of medical billing process.
- Understanding of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
- Familiarity with insurance claims and EOBs.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of denial management and AR process.
- Ability to work with billing software and MS Excel.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualification
- Any Graduate/Diploma (Healthcare background preferred).
- Certification in Medical Billing/Coding is an advantage.
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
