Job Summary
We are looking for an AR Caller to handle medical billing follow-ups with insurance companies. This role involves checking claim status, following up on pending payments, and resolving issues to ensure timely payment. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of the US healthcare process.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Communicate with insurance carriers to obtain claim-related information.
· Coordinate with doctor’s offices to resolve queries and issues.
· Accurately documents call details and relevant information in company software.
· Maintain professional and effective communication with all stakeholders.
· Ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures.
Skillset:
· Strong verbal communication skills in English
· Basic computer knowledge for data entry and software usage.
· Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
