Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an AR Caller based in Coimbatore. The AR Caller will be responsible for handling accounts receivable collections, reviewing accounts, and following up on payments from insurance companies. The role involves identifying and resolving billing-related issues, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring adherence to industry standards and compliance policies. Timely communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders are key to success in this position.
Qualifications
- Accounts receivable management and ability to analyze account details for discrepancies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially for interactions with clients and insurance companies
- Problem-solving abilities for researching and resolving billing issues efficiently
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and familiarity with relevant industry tools
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of medical billing and healthcare processes is a plus
- Experience in a similar role or in the healthcare sector is an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a related field
