Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented AR Caller for a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. The AR Caller will be responsible for managing outbound calls to customers and insurance companies, analyzing account information, identifying payment discrepancies, and resolving claim issues in a timely manner. Additionally, the role requires maintaining accurate and updated records of calls, follow-ups, and payments, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in account research and resolving payment discrepancies
- Strong communication and phone etiquette skills
- Ability to work with claims, manage denials, and follow up on pending approvals
- Expertise in accurate data entry and maintaining account records
- Time management, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
- Experience with medical or healthcare billing and AR processes is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency with industry-standard software and tools is a benefit
