Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an AR Caller located in Coimbatore. The AR Caller will support the revenue cycle process by following up with insurance companies to resolve outstanding claims, identifying reasons for denials, and obtaining necessary information for claim resolution. Additional responsibilities include updating patient account information, reviewing claims for accuracy, and effectively communicating with insurance representatives, patients, and internal teams. The role requires the ability to meet weekly and monthly targets while maintaining high accuracy and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in AR calling, denial management, and accounts receivable in a healthcare context
- Knowledge of medical terminology, medical billing, and insurance claims processes
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using billing systems, MS Office, and familiarity with RCM software and tools
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask
- Ability to work within deadlines and handle high-pressure situations effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in medical billing and coding are a plus
- Previous experience in the healthcare domain or in a similar role is preferred
