Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an AR Caller located in Puducherry. The AR Caller will be responsible for reviewing patient accounts, following up with insurance companies to resolve claim denials or pending payments, verifying patient insurance coverage, and updating account information as needed. The role requires clear and professional communication with payers, maintaining accuracy in documentation, and adhering to deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in AR processes, including denial management and payment posting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with insurance providers
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of medical billing and coding practices is an advantage
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance regulations, such as HIPAA
- Basic computer skills and experience with medical billing software or tools
- Experience in medical revenue cycle management will be considered a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational qualification preferred
