Role Description
We are seeking a full-time AR Caller to join our team on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The AR Caller will be responsible for handling insurance claims, performing follow-ups with insurance providers, and resolving denials or discrepancies in payments. Daily responsibilities include interacting with insurance representatives via phone or online portals, updating patient accounts with relevant information, and ensuring timely reimbursement for medical claims. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate documentation and work collaboratively with the team to meet performance goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Insurance AR Follow-ups, Denial Management, and Payment Posting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially for handling insurance representatives and patient inquiries.
- Ability to analyze trends in claims and denials to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Basic knowledge of medical billing, coding, and revenue cycle management is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in using insurance portals, billing software, and office productivity tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and meet deadlines consistently.
- Prior experience in healthcare revenue cycle management is an advantage.
- Educational background in healthcare, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
