Job Title: AR Caller (Accounts Receivable)
- Department: Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) / Medical Billing
- Location: Coimbatore
- Shift: Night Shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Call insurance companies to follow up on unpaid or denied claims
- Analyze claim status and take appropriate action for resolution
- Work on denied claims and identify root causes
- Ensure accurate documentation of call details in billing systems
- Follow up on payment discrepancies and underpayments
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when required
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA guidelines
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of medical billing and RCM processes
- Familiarity with denial management and AR follow-up
- Ability to handle US insurance calls efficiently
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, billing software)
- Analytical and problem-solving ability
Qualifications:
- Any graduate (preferred in healthcare/commerce background)
- 1.5–3 years of experience in AR calling / medical billing
