📍 Location: Dwarka Sector 13, New Delhi
💼 Position: AR Caller
🧑💻 Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in US Healthcare RCM
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
• Call insurance companies to check claim status and follow up on outstanding balances
• Work on denied/rejected claims and ensure timely resolution
• Handle appeals and resubmissions as required
• Maintain accurate records of calls and updates in the system
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets
✅ Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in US medical billing (AR Calling)
• Good knowledge of denial management and claim lifecycle
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
