Key Responsibilities:
✔ Follow up with insurance companies regarding unpaid and denied claims
✔ Review claim status and payment information
✔ Resolve Accounts Receivable (AR) issues efficiently
✔ Maintain accurate documentation and records
✔ Meet quality and productivity standards
What We're Looking For:
✅ Strong English communication skills
✅ Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
✅ Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
✅ Healthcare RCM experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
