AR Analyst – Denials | US Healthcare RCM
Location: Chennai
Experience: 4–7 years
Domain: US Healthcare RCM – Oncology & Radiology
Job Role:
We are looking for an experienced AR Denials Analyst who can handle denied and rejected US healthcare claims, especially Oncology and Radiology claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and resolve insurance claim denials.
- Review EOBs, ERAs, and payer responses.
- Handle denials related to authorization, coding, eligibility, medical necessity, timely filing, and bundling.
- Prepare and submit appeals/reconsiderations.
- Follow up with insurance companies through calls and payer portals.
- Identify repeated denial issues and help prevent future denials.
- Maintain accurate AR records and meet productivity/quality targets.
Required Skills:
- 4–7 years of experience in US Healthcare AR/Denials.
- Experience with Oncology and Radiology billing preferred.
- Knowledge of US insurance payers, CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, modifiers, authorization, and medical necessity.
- Good communication, analytical, and follow-up skills.
