Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled AR Analyst with experience in US Healthcare to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, handling denials, and ensuring timely follow-ups with insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle AR follow-ups with insurance providers
* Analyze and resolve claim denials and rejections
* Work on appeals and payment posting issues
* Ensure timely collection of outstanding balances
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
* Meet productivity and quality targets
Required Skills:
* Strong knowledge of AR follow-up process
* Experience in Denials Management and Appeals
* Good understanding of US Healthcare billing
* Excellent communication and analytical skills
* Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Eligibility Criteria:
* 1–4 years of experience in AR (US Healthcare)
* Immediate joiners preferred
