AI Scientist/Engineer

In this job, you will directly work with founders, map business problems to AI engineering and research questions, solve them, build production ready code and ship it to customer's hands. You will also be part of a startup in its early stages that is growing very fast. You will have to architect solutions involving modern LLMs, NLP models and deliver products that solve the business problems in marketing data science. You will guide a small team of 2-3 junior engineers ( 0-2 years experience) in a flat organisation. You will get to learn a lot from the founders in the marketing industry, AI/ML and NLP.

At Aqxle, we are building an AI-First marketing data science platform. We are on a mission to make LLM agents do all marketing data science tasks from data cleaning , data harmonization , insights generation to prediction. We are doing so by building upon the code generation and reasoning capabilities of LLMs over structured datasets like web analytics data, customer insights and competitive analysis data sets. We are solving business critical problems , building a start up from grounds up and doing state of the art research in LLMs.
