The Role

Aquarian Holdings is seeking an exceptional individual to join the Marketing and Communications team as a Coordinator. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing and Communications, this full-time, in-office role will support a wide range of initiatives including content development, presentation creation, and administrative coordination.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update marketing collateral to ensure materials are current and compliant
  • Support the coordination and formatting of executive and board reporting decks aligned with brand standards
  • Draft initial content for various channels, including social media, website, announcements, and marketing materials
  • Coordinate logistics for external/investor-related meetings and events (e.g., catering, transportation, accommodations)
  • Track project timelines, assist with meeting prep, and keep documentation organized
  • Provide general administrative support to the Marketing & Communications team (e.g., scheduling, file management, meeting action items)


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of professional experience (internships or related roles are a plus)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in financial services and eagerness to learn industry-specific terminology and concepts
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to present investment data clearly
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to broader team goals
