About the role
Join Aqua Security — the pioneers in cloud native security — as a DevSecOps Support Engineer. In this role, you'll provide post-sales technical support for Aqua's open-core SaaS platform, trusted by global enterprises to secure their cloud workloads.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert support to customers and prospects
Reproduce and document product issues; work with engineering to resolve
Communicate effectively with customers via screen share or phone
Maintain deep product knowledge and continuously update documentation
Interpret logs and system records to troubleshoot effectively
Requirements
1–2 years in a technical support or DevSecOps role
Strong hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift
Fluent in English, especially in cloud technical contexts
Experience supporting SaaS applications and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
Familiar with Linux systems and networking (TCP/IP, DNS)
Willingness to work in shifts (US timezone preferred)
Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Bonus: Scripting skills and CKA certification
