Software Engineer Manager, Ecosystem

The position duties are as follows: Responsible for fostering a thriving user ecosystem and building industry-leading tools for smart-contract development, deployment, and interaction. Daily job duties include: Managing a team of software engineers, including leading regular meetings and establishing goals and expectations; Working across a team that includes designers, product managers, analytics, and marketing; Hiring new members to the team; Designing and developing software solutions and reviewing software contributions; and Continuously evaluating current and future strategic opportunities in collaboration with cross-team partners. The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a closely related field or foreign equivalent, followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience as a software engineer or in an equivalent role. Experience must include: 2 years of experience leading full stack application projects, including deploying and maintaining systems and services and developing and supporting user-facing experiences; 5 years of experience developing complex software applications, including translating product requirements into technical design documents through software development cycles ranging from 3 months to a year of deep investment, utilizing software stacks including databases, containers, web and mobile developments, and integrations with other complex services; 5 years of experience working on product teams taking requirements from product managers, content from content editors, and visuals from designers and translating them into software products; and 5 years of experience working with a product team post shipping to grow and improve software products.
