Roles and Responsibilities:
- Candidates should possess strong skills in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and data interpretation suitable for competitive exam and employability training.
- Candidates should possess skills in verbal ability, English language proficiency, and communication to guide learners in comprehension, vocabulary, and articulation.
- Candidates should possess skills in classroom facilitation, learner engagement, and training delivery, with the ability to manage diverse student groups.
- Candidates should possess skills in lesson planning, content creation, and assessment design, including practice tests and performance analytics.
- Candidates should possess skills in mentoring, feedback delivery, and academic counseling to support learners’ confidence and exam readiness.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required; a background in mathematics, engineering, management, or education is an advantage.
- Prior experience as an aptitude trainer, test prep faculty, or quantitative reasoning instructor is preferred.
