Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Aptitude Subject Matter Expert position based in Chennai. The role involves developing comprehensive aptitude-related content, including problem-solving sets, logical reasoning exercises, and critical thinking modules. Additional responsibilities include reviewing and editing existing materials for accuracy, conducting research to stay updated on educational trends, and supporting faculty and students with expertise in aptitude-related subjects. The candidate will also collaborate with curriculum designers to align content with organizational goals and student outcomes.
Qualifications
- Expertise in problem-solving, logical reasoning, and numeric ability
- Proficiency in verbal reasoning, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Content development, writing, and research skills specific to educational materials
- Experience in reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy of training modules
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities to work effectively within teams
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Education, or related field
- Previous experience in curriculum design or as a subject matter expert is an advantage
- Passion for education, innovation, and student success
