Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Aptitude and Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) Trainer based in VIT Bhopal. The trainer will design and deliver training sessions on aptitude and DSA topics for students preparing for placements in the tech industry. Responsibilities include creating and updating curriculum, conducting live workshops and hands-on sessions, mentoring students, and providing personalized feedback to enhance their preparation. The trainer will also collaborate with the content team to develop comprehensive training materials.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Aptitude topics, including quantitative, verbal reasoning, and logical reasoning.
- Proficiency in Data Structures, Algorithms, and coding problem-solving methodologies.
- Experience in delivering training sessions, creating learning materials, and guiding students effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to manage classroom sessions and schedules effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Understanding of placement processes and trends in the tech industry would be an advantage.
- Prior experience in an educational or training role is a plus.
