Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashik for the APSM POS - CMS , QR code products, and sound box sales division. The role involves identifying potential clients, presenting and selling the bank's payment /collection solutions and related products. Responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. The role will also require providing excellent customer service, addressing client queries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development: Strong skills in client engagement, lead generation, and relationship management.
- Technical Product Knowledge: Understanding and knowledge of payment solutions such as POS machines, bulk upload software (CMS), QR code systems, and sound boxes.
- Communication and Presentation: Effective verbal and written communication, negotiation abilities, and confidence in delivering product demonstrations.
- Customer Service: Proficient in handling client queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with internal teams and clients for smooth execution of tasks and projects.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Experience: Previous sales or financial services experience, particularly in payment solutions, is a strong advantage.
- Other Skills: Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets and deadlines, coupled with adaptability to learn new technologies.
