About the Role

*Arbor Academy* is looking for an experienced *Application Production Support Engineer (APSE) Trainer* who is passionate about teaching and mentoring. In this role, you will deliver hands-on, real-world training and help learners become job-ready for production support roles.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

* Deliver *practical, instructor-led training* on Application Production Support

* Train candidates on *SQL, PL/SQL, Linux/Unix*, and real-time production scenarios

* Provide guidance on *incident, problem, and change management processes*

* Demonstrate use of ticketing tools such as *ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy*, etc.

* Explain *application architecture, workflows, and support lifecycle*

* Conduct assessments, track learner progress, and provide feedback

* Mentor and prepare candidates for real-world job environments

Required Skills & Experience

* 7+ years of experience in *Application Production Support*

* Strong expertise in *SQL, PL/SQL, and Linux/Unix*

* Experience with *incident management & ticketing tools*

* Proven experience in *training/teaching/mentoring (mandatory)*

* Excellent *communication and presentation skills*
