Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Initiation:
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
Develop detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Team Coordination & Management:
Assemble, lead, and manage cross-functional project teams.
Foster effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and management.
Execution & Delivery:
Oversee project execution to ensure milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Ensure the team has the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
Monitoring & Reporting:
Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Prepare and present project documentation, status updates, and final reports to stakeholders.
Agile Practices:
Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating agile processes and removing impediments.
Collaborate as a Product Owner to ensure alignment of deliverables with client expectations.
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in the IT industry.
Proven expertise as a Scrum Master and Product Owner.
Prior experience working as a Developer or Business Analyst is highly preferred.
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and team coordination.
Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Comprehensive knowledge of IT services, industry standards, and emerging trends.
Skills :

Communication for cross-functional coordination and stakeholder updates.
Expertise in planning and scheduling using tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
Risk management to identify, assess, and mitigate potential challenges.

Facilitation for retrospectives, team meetings, and planning sessions.
