About the role
**Work Location :** 7 Deloitte USI Locations - Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi/NCR, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Pune, and Chennai
**Job Requirements
**
* Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of work experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, including areas such as consulting, sales, trade marketing, IT, supply chain, demand planning, or finance.
* A strong understanding of digital transformation processes and their impact on business change.
* Knowledge and appreciation of software delivery/development and project management practices.
* Proven experience in working with global teams and collaborating with international customers.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
* A self-motivated, accountable team member capable of working autonomously with attention to detail.
* Experience with tools that support daily processes, such as Atlassian, Microsoft, ProdPad, and Zendesk.
**Internal Processes & Knowledge
**
* Build and maintain strong relationships with the Product Strategy Department to identify and leverage product development opportunities and establish Communities of Practice (to be formed by the Product Strategy Department).
* Develop a deep understanding of the Visualfabriq Deployment Approach (VDA) and its impact on customers and their projects.
* Ensure an active and thorough understanding of Visualfabriq products, particularly Bifrost, along with blueprints and any new developments.
* Provide valuable input during lessons learned sessions, based on customer experiences and best practices, in collaboration with the Visualfabriq team.
* Actively share knowledge, insights, and learnings within the Visualfabriq community.
* Contribute to the enhancement of Visualfabriq's internal knowledge and documentation, including the VDA repository, deployment playbooks, WIKI articles, and Visualfabriq Academy/University materials.
