Backed by the best Indian Venture Capital Investors Role Overview for Manager - Content Strategy: At AppsForBharat, we’re looking for a strategic and creative Manager - Content Strategy to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of content initiatives. You will drive the content strategy that directly impacts revenue and user engagement, shaping our brand’s narrative across multiple platforms. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will manage content operations, streamline workflows, and foster a high-performing team to ensure seamless content production aligned with business objectives. This role is pivotal in shaping AppsForBharat’s content-driven approach, helping us create meaningful, high-impact content that resonates with our audience and supports our product growth. What you’ll do here: * Plan and Execute Content Strategy: Develop and implement content strategies that drive key revenue and engagement metrics, aligning with both short- and long-term business objectives. * Operational Leadership: Own all aspects of content creation, management, and measurement. Design operational processes that improve efficiency and content activation. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across marketing, communications, and product to ensure content strategies support and extend broader company initiatives. * Content Team Management: Lead a multidisciplinary content team (writers, designers, video editors), managing workflows and providing constructive feedback to ensure consistent output quality. * Establish Systems and Best Practices: Create and maintain standards, systems, and processes for managing content across its lifecycle, ensuring best practices for workflow, collaboration, and measurement. * Data-Driven Insights: Leverage content performance data and reports to provide actionable insights and continually improve content strategies. What We're Looking For: * Proven track record in content writing, content strategy, with measurable business outcomes. * 2-3 years of experience leading content teams, focusing on workflow management and team development. * Expertise in designing and implementing content operations processes, including lifecycle management and performance measurement systems. * Experience working with cross-functional teams, aligning content with business and marketing goals. * Familiarity with high-growth startup environments, particularly in scaling content operations quickly. * Experience in tech-product companies, particularly in content strategies that drive product growth and customer engagement, is a plus.
