Founded in 2005, Lufthansa Technik Services India (LTSI) is a fully owned subsidiary of Lufthansa Technik AG (LHT) of Germany. Based in Bengaluru, our 400+ team delivers value-added services to Lufthansa Technik’s Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) spectrum for all common commercial aircraft types (Airbus, Boeing, Embraer). LTSI specializes in customer service, supply chain management, digital and engineering services, procurement, airfreight and financial services for the aviation industry.

Role Summary:

As an Apprentice of the People team, you will gain valuable experience and insights into the Learning and Organizational Development function of HR in a multinational corporate setting. You will be involved in a wide range of HR activities, including L&D, OD, Talent Management, Employee engagement, Performance Enhancement, and HR administration.

The related tasks include (without being limited to):

  1. Workshop Coordination: Coordinate workshops by managing nominations, sending invites and reminders, booking rooms, tracking attendance, collecting feedback, and administering assessments.
  2. LMS Data Management: Manage LMS data including course assignments, content uploads, and maintaining course completion records.
  3. Project Support: Provide support for ongoing projects such as LMS onboarding, Orientation Programs, Orator’s Club, Employee Library, and Ideation Drives by handling nominations and maintaining project data.
  4. Onboarding Process: Assist with the onboarding process by supporting administrative tasks related to documentation for new hires.

Your Qualifications (Educational Background, Personality and Skills):

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  2. Basic-Intermediate knowledge and experience of MS Office specifically MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  3. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly
  4. Keen attention to detail and a proactive eagerness to learn
  5. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines
  6. Open and approachable, comfortable engaging with managers and colleagues to support employee growth and development
  7. Enthusiastic about exploring and adopting new technologies
  8. Passionate about knowledge sharing
  9. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or e-learning platforms gained through academic or professional experience
  10. Experience in event coordination or any previous internships in Human Resources
