Role: Apprentice – Data Entry & Operations Support:
This is a full-time, on-site apprenticeship role located in Gurugram.
The Apprentice will assist the operations team with data entry and policy processing tasks using the company’s in-house software system. The role involves entering and updating insurance policy details, product information, and customer data while ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
The apprentice will also support the team in basic administrative tasks, record maintenance, and coordination with colleagues to ensure that policy data is organized and updated correctly.
This role is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates looking to gain practical experience in insurance operations and office administration.
Key Responsibility:
- Enter policy and product data accurately in the company’s internal software
- Update and maintain digital records of insurance policies
- Verify information and ensure basic accuracy of entered data
- Assist the operations team with documentation and administrative tasks
- Support colleagues in organizing and maintaining policy-related records
Requirement:
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in any stream
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel) is a plus
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in an office environment and follow instructions
- Hands-on experience in insurance operations and data management
