Global Real Estate and Workplace Experience (GREWE)

Responsibilities

This enthusiastic colleague will be working under mentorship to enhance colleague experience covering all food and non-food areas at Gurgaon.

  • Complies with all GREWE and AXP Standard Operating Procedures or Policies.
  • Comfortable working in multi-tasking environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Meet targeted timelines for task closures under the guidance of assigned mentors.
  • Hospitality services including escorting of visitors / leadership
  • Assisting meetings and events setup.
  • Connecting with colleagues in cafeteria for gathering food feedback.
  • Day to day operations of recreational spaces.
  • Abide by all American Express blue box values.
  • Partner closely with colleagues and WPE leadership to support colleague requirements.
  • Be familiar with building safety, first aid, and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly. Required to work in all three shifts (Morning, Afternoon & Evening) as per business requirements.

Qualifications

A motivated self-starter:

  • Graduate / Post Graduate
  • Is passionate about excellent service
  • Is currently a fresher (with maximum 11 months work experience)
  • Has basic knowledge of relevant regulations, and food services, environmental and safety codes and systems.
  • Speaks and writes English with fluency.
  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude and provide personalized service by incorporating hospitality at the workplace.
