Role Description
This is a full time remote role for an Appointment Setter. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, managing the scheduling of appointments, maintaining accurate records of client communications, and contributing to lead generation efforts. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service and maintaining clear and professional communication to ensure a positive client experience. Collaboration with the team to support client onboarding and foster efficient scheduling workflows is key.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling
- Ability to use Excel, Google Sheets and other tools is a must
- Experience in Lead Generation and ability to identify potential clients
- Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized
- Familiarity with CRM tools is considered a plus
- Previous experience in client-facing roles is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications are a bonu
