Appointment Setter

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the crucial first point of contact, responsible for qualifying leads, building rapport with prospects, and securing qualified appointments for our sales development representatives and account executives. Your ability to communicate effectively, manage objections, and maintain a positive attitude will directly drive our pipeline and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to qualified leads and engage in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and pain points
• Qualify leads based on established criteria and identify fit for our solutions
• Schedule and confirm appointments with interested prospects for follow-up meetings
• Update and maintain accurate information in our CRM system for all interactions and appointments
• Handle objections professionally and courteously, providing relevant information to address concerns
• Achieve and exceed daily and monthly appointment quotas
• Provide feedback to the team regarding market insights and common prospect concerns
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure consistency and alignment on messaging
Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong listening skills and ability to ask clarifying questions
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to handle rejection positively and remain persistent
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace (for remote positions)
