Job Title: Appointment Setter (Australian Process – B2B Cold Calling)
Location: Racecourse, Vadodara
Working Hours: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Australian Shift), Monday to Friday
Target: 15 qualified appointments per month
Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and target-driven appointment setter for our Australian B2B process. The role involves cold calling business clients, qualifying prospects, scheduling appointments, and actively supporting the Business Development Manager (BDM) in closing deals. This position offers attractive commission opportunities based on successful conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to Australian businesses (B2B).
- Identify decision-makers and qualify potential leads.
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
- Achieve 15 qualified appointments per month.
- Conduct post-sales meeting follow-ups with customers.
- Build and maintain strong rapport with prospects until deal closure.
- Actively collaborate with the Business Development Manager (BDM) on a daily basis to support deal progression and sales closure.
- Assist in nurturing leads and addressing client queries during the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate call records and updates in CRM.
- Follow up consistently to maximise conversion rates.
Requirements
- Prior experience in B2B cold calling or international telecalling is preferred.
- Excellent spoken English communication skills.
- Strong persuasion, objection-handling, and rapport-building skills.
- Ability to work in an early morning Australian shift (5:00 AM – 1:00 PM).
- Target-driven and commission-motivated mindset.
- Basic CRM knowledge is an advantage.
- Team player with strong coordination skills.
