Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Appointment Setter at Pinakinedge Media. The Appointment Setter will contact potential clients, manage appointment scheduling, and coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless follow-up. Day-to-day tasks include generating qualified leads, building strong client relationships, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and schedules in the company's CRM system.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Setting Appointments and International Appointment Scheduling.
- Experience with Lead Generation and prospect identification
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to work remotely and independently with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and digital communication tools
- Prior experience in sales or telemarketing is a plus
- Candidate should be from B2B lead generation Industry only.
