Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for an Appointment Setter. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for contacting potential clients, scheduling appointments, coordinating calendars, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. Other responsibilities include qualifying leads, supporting the sales team, and ensuring a seamless client experience through effective communication.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling
- Experience in Lead Generation and identifying potential business opportunities
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Adaptability to work independently in a remote setting
- Prior experience in a sales or lead generation role is a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in business or related fields are an advantage
