Role Description

The Appointment Setter will play a vital role in generating and scheduling qualified appointments with key decision-makers for our clients. This full-time, on-site position is based in Pune. Day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying and connecting with potential leads, handling appointment scheduling, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring high-quality communication to support sales initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Proven ability in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling.(B2B International Experience)
  • Experience in Lead Generation and nurturing leads.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with leads and clients.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Prior experience in telemarketing or sales roles is a plus.
