We're looking for an experienced cold calling intern to join our growing team.


What We Provide:

- Verified, pre-qualified lead lists ready for outreach

- Complete calling setup (power dialer, Twilio, or equivalent VoIP infrastructure)

- Proven call scripts tailored to each client and campaign

- Onboarding support and campaign briefings


Key Responsibilities:

- Work Monday to Friday, making a minimum of 20–35 outbound cold calls per day to US-based prospects using the provided scripts and lead lists

- Primary goal is to drive and book qualified appointments for the senior team — everything else supports this outcome

- Handle objections confidently and professionally to keep conversations moving forward

- Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls or demos for the senior team

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all call activity, outcomes, and follow-ups in the CRM

- Follow up with warm leads in a timely and professional manner


Preferred Qualifications:

- Fluent English communication with a US accent or neutral accent — candidates with a US accent will be strongly preferred

- Comfortable working US business hours (EST/PST time zones)

- Strong objection-handling skills with the ability to stay calm and persuasive under pressure

- Experience with power dialers, Twilio, or similar VoIP/calling infrastructure

- Proficiency in CRM tools for maintaining detailed and accurate call logs

- 1-2 years experience in cold calling


Plus Points:

- Prior experience in cold calling, inside sales, or telecalling for US-based clients

- Familiarity with tools like Apollo, HubSpot, or similar sales platforms

- Self-motivated, target-driven mindset with a hunger to earn through performance

- Experience working remotely in a fast-paced sales environment
