Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Appointment Scheduler, based in Pune. The Appointment Scheduler will handle day-to-day tasks such as scheduling and coordinating appointments, managing communication with clients, ensuring phone interactions are professional and courteous, and assisting the sales team in maintaining an organized schedule. The role will require working closely with both clients and team members to ensure seamless appointment processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Appointment Scheduling and Phone Etiquette skills
- Exceptional Customer Service and Communication abilities
- Experience in identifying and supporting Sales opportunities
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Proficiency in using scheduling and CRM tools is a plus
- Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and technologies
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
