We are now looking for a driven Appointment Generation (AG) Executive to join our growing team!
💼 Role: Appointment Generation Executive
📍 Location: Pune, India
💰 CTC: Up to ₹8 LPA + Uncapped Incentives Based on Performance
What You'll Do:
- Manage and execute active Appointment Generation campaigns end-to-end
- Conduct outbound outreach via a multi-channel approach (Tele + Email) to build a strong pipeline as per client requirements
- Engage prospects aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) across multiple industries
- Generate high-intent appointments that directly impact the client's sales pipeline
- Handle calls confidently and consultatively — no script dependency
- Understand the product/service offering deeply and build a tailored execution plan
- Consistently meet and exceed performance targets
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience with B2B campaigns
- Strong ability to handle objections and rebuttals effectively
- Solid understanding of ICP and experience across multiple industries
- Highly motivated, self-driven individual with a results-first mindset
- Ability to understand a product quickly and translate it into an actionable outreach strategy
Good to Have:
- Prior experience in Appointment Generation (AG) campaigns
- Understanding of high-quality lead generation processes
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
