What You'll Do: Lead and Mentor: Guide and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and technical excellence. Develop Across the Stack: Oversee and contribute to both backend and frontend development, ensuring a seamless experience across all layers of the application. Architect Scalable Solutions: Design, develop, and optimize high-performance, scalable applications and systems that power our AI-driven mobile apps. Create and Enhance Web Panels: Build and improve critical web panels, including admin dashboards, automation tools, and marketing analytics platforms. Set the Technical Standard: Define and enforce best practices, ensuring high code quality, security, and maintainability. AI & Data-Driven Systems: Work with AI models, real-time data processing, and scalable architectures to enhance AI-powered mobile experiences. Monitor, Debug, and Improve Reliability: Set up observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, New Relic) to monitor performance, detect anomalies, and ensure high system uptime. Implement logging and alerting strategies to proactively address issues before they impact users. Optimize Cloud Infrastructure & Security: Ensure cloud infrastructure is secure, scalable, and cost-effective by implementing best practices in IAM, secrets management, and API security. Work with tools like Terraform and Kubernetes to automate infrastructure provisioning and enhance system resilience. Drive Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously enhance our tech stack and processes. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Ensure Code Quality and Reliability: Implement testing strategies, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in CI/CD workflows.
