Position - Market Research Intern
Duration - 3 Months (20th May'2026- 20th Jul'2026)

Work location - Gurugram office, India
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Research Intern to conduct surveys on customer preferences and gather statistical data to support informed decision-making regarding products, pricing, promotions, and more. The role involves proactively calling and engaging with customers under various scenarios to gather, analyze, and assess their feedback effectively.
Responsibilities for:
Collecting data on consumers, competitors, and the marketplace and consolidating information into actionable items, reports, and presentations.
Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers’ preferences.
Compiling and analyzing statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it.
Perform valid and reliable market research, SWOT analysis.
Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations.
Use online marketing research and catalog findings to databases.
Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation.
Evaluate program methodology and key data to ensure that the data on the releases are accurate and the angle of the release is correct.
Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties' research, and implement best practices.
Monitor and forecast marketing and sales trends.
Assist in the development of marketing plans.
Conduct research on specific market conditions.
Analyze consumer preferences to determine the potential sales of a product or service.
Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies.
Devise and evaluate methods for data collection.
Gather data on consumers, competitors, and market conditions.
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
Simplify complex data into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts, and other visual aids.
