Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hiring Procure to Pay (P2P) professional with expertise in Accounts Payable and SAP. Located in Pune, the role involves managing the end-to-end procure-to-pay process, ensuring accurate accounts payable operations, conducting reconciliations, and maintaining vendor relationships. The professional will also implement process improvements, ensure compliance with financial policies, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies for smooth workflow operations.
Qualifications
Education: B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA / BBM (Commerce Only)
Shift: should be flexible with the shift
Notice Period: Immediate joiners or 20 Days
- Strong knowledge of Procure to Pay (P2P) processes and proficiency in Accounts Payable operations
- Practical experience with SAP and related financial systems
- Solid understanding of financial processes, reconciliation, and compliance procedures
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors
- Ability to work on-site in Pune and join within 0-15 days' notice
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of industry best practices and the ability to suggest process improvements
