System Administrator Intern- Windows

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows servers and workstations.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and other core Windows services.
• Help with patch management, system updates, and security configurations.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Collaborate with IT team members on infrastructure projects and daily operations.
• Provide technical support to end-users as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, PowerShell, and system administration tools is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Exposure to cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices or helpdesk ticketing systems.

• Exposure to virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, KVM).
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience with monitoring tools and log analysis.

Shift Timings:

• First Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Second Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM
• Candidates must be flexible to work in either shift based on team requirements.
