About the role
The Manager, Business Systems will be responsible for leading a team of Business Systems Analysts to drive the implementation and optimization of AppLovin's business systems and processes. This role will partner closely with cross-functional leaders to identify, design, and deliver solutions that drive productivity and efficiency across the organization. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead a team of Business Systems Analysts to implement and optimize business systems and processes
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Oversee the development and deployment of custom business applications and integrations
- Optimize and streamline existing systems and processes to drive operational excellence
- Serve as a subject matter expert on business systems and processes
- Mentor and develop the Business Systems Analyst team
- Continuously seek ways to improve operational efficiency and productivity
