Role: MS Power Platform Developer

 Key Responsibilities: 

1. Design, develop, and implement Power Apps to meet business needs. 
2. Utilize Microsoft Dataverse to manage and store data efficiently. 
3. Develop and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation. 
4. Integrate and manage SharePoint and SharePoint Lists for seamless data collaboration. 
5. Automate workflows using Power Automate to enhance business processes. 
6. Create and manage interactive reports and dashboards with Power BI. 
7. Leverage MS Copilot for Power Platform to enhance productivity and solution delivery. 
8. Develop and implement AI agentic workflows and copilots, especially within the Microsoft stack. 
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and international clients to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. 
10. Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout project lifecycles. 
11. Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards in all development activities. 
12. Provide training and support to end-users, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. 

 Qualifications: 

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mechanical/Industrial/Aerospace Engineering (preferred), or any other related field. 
2. Microsoft Certified Power Platform Developer (PL-100 or PL-400) certification is a must. 
3. 4-5 years of experience as a Power Platform developer. 
4. Proven experience in building and deploying Power Apps. 
5. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Dataverse, SQL Server, SharePoint, and SharePoint Lists. 
6. Expertise in developing automated workflows using Power Automate. 
7. Advanced skills in Power BI for data visualization and reporting. 
8. Experience with AI agentic workflows and copilots, particularly on the Microsoft stack. 
9. Hands-on coding experience with C++ and/or Java. 
10. Excellent understanding of SDLC and Object-Oriented Programming principles. 
11. Familiarity with MS Copilot for Power Platform. 
12. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
13. Strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a remote environment. 
14. Ability to overlap with US time zones and effectively collaborate with international clients. 
15. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. 

Desired Skills: 

1. Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment. 
2. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. 
3. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. 
4. Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing requirements.
