What the Program Will Provide A great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supplier management, data analysis in both business and engineering field, and managerial level reporting within the semiconductor industry. Exposure to cross-functional collaboration and interaction with global leadership teams. Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals in the field. Thus, we are seeking a highly motivated intern to support supplier audit related projects and reporting initiatives within our Global TKM business. The position will entail the following: Support Supplier audit and Quality inspection projects by assisting in planning, conducting, and documenting supplier audits to ensure compliance with AGS quality standards and performance metrics. Monitor Supplier Process performance and Production records on all parts processed through each station; Create status report and presentation to management to track supplier audit statistics results and action items. Collaborate SD engineering team and CBM team to analyze business- related numbers and status for global TKM business, providing insights and recommendations for process improvement. Assist in the development and maintenance of comprehensive dashboards to track supplier capacity, capabilities, and performance metrics on a global scale; Work close with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the dashboard provides easy- to -understand visualizations for effective decision making. Conduct TKM Cost- Saving global initiatives alignment and prepare executive -level status reports for presentation to global leadership. Be a leadership team's thought partner by developing plans and deploying to bring up multiple global suppliers in parallel. Provide support in ad hoc projects and initiatives related to supplier management and performance optimization.
