As a Process Support Engineer, you'll work closely with a team of engineers and technicians to troubleshoot issues on our production equipment, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. You'll also have the opportunity to design and implement new processes and tools to improve productivity and quality on our manufacturing lines. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to get hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment and build a career with a global leader in materials engineering. Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for the manufacturing process, including troubleshooting and resolving issues - Analyze process data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement - Design and implement new processes, tools and methods to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement - Document processes, best practices and lessons learned Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics or a related technical field - 0-2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficient in data analysis and root cause analysis techniques - Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Willing to work shifts, including nights and weekends as needed Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field - Prior experience in semiconductor, electronics or high-tech manufacturing - Hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment and process control systems - Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and data visualization tools - Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies Benefits: - Competitive salary and bonus potential - Comprehensive health, dental and vision insurance - 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching - Tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunities - Generous paid time off and holidays - Employee resource groups and community engagement opportunities
