Type: Full-Time

ACC Limited is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Tech Lead to spearhead the architecture, development, and management of scalable, high-performance applications.

Technical Leadership & Architecture

This is a leadership opportunity for a hands-on technologist ready to drive solutions across the full stack backend, frontend, cloud, logging, and Responsibilities :

Design scalable microservices and robust audit trail mechanisms.
Implement secure authentication strategies (OAuth, JWT, SAML, LDAP).
Guide backend, frontend, and cloud deployment architecture.
Ensure HA, performance, and security in AWS, Azure, or GCP Development :
Develop and optimize backend apps using Node.js.
Manage SQL (RDS) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases.
Build RESTful APIs and GraphQL Development :
Lead UI development using React.js, Angular, Next.js.
Implement CSR/SSR/SEO best practices using Tailwind, Bootstrap, & Leadership :
Lead engineering teams, promote Agile practices, and drive continuous Skills & Qualifications :
5+ years in full-stack or backend engineering.
Strong in Node.js, Microservices, SQL/NoSQL, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Solid frontend skills with React, Angular, Next.js.
Experience with OAuth/SAML/JWT, DevOps pipelines, and logging stacks.
Proven leadership, decision-making, and project delivery Qualifications :
Kubernetes (EKS), serverless architecture, and event-driven systems.
Hands-on Jenkins CI/CD & Agile team management.
Understanding of SEO best practices.
