Role Description
We are seeking an Applied AI Workflow Engineer to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize AI-driven workflow solutions tailored to meet our customers’ business needs. Tasks include working on pattern recognition models, neural network architecture implementations, and natural language processing (NLP) systems. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure seamless integration between AI components and operational workflows while maintaining high performance and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Use AI-first development workflows to accelerate prototyping and execution, while maintaining a strong understanding of system logic, architecture, and implementation details.
- Validate, refine, and troubleshoot AI-generated code, workflows, and outputs to ensure they are accurate, reliable, and production-conscious.
- Design solutions with a clear understanding of data flow, dependencies, edge cases, system limitations, and scalability considerations.
- Apply strong technical judgment when using AI-assisted development tools rather than relying on them blindly.
- Use advanced AI-assisted development environments, agentic orchestration frameworks, and code generation systems to accelerate prototyping and implementation, while critically evaluating outputs for correctness, completeness, efficiency, scalability, and alignment with technical requirements, and refining or re-architecting solutions when needed.
- Build workflows, prototypes, and systems that are not only fast to produce but also useful, reliable, and scalable in practice.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has a deep understanding of the systems, workflows, and prototypes they build, especially in AI-first development environments.
- Knows how to use AI coding and workflow tools effectively, but also understands the underlying logic, structure, and tradeoffs behind the output.
- Can identify when AI-generated solutions are weak, incomplete, inefficient, or misaligned—and knows how to correct them.
- Thinks like a builder and architect, not just a tool user.
- Understands that speed is valuable, but that quality, reliability, and practical execution matter just as much.
- Is comfortable working across architecture decisions, debugging, validation, and iteration—not just generation.
