Role Summary
We are looking for an Applied AI Engineer to build and deploy AI-powered solutions that solve real-world business challenges. In this role, you will design, develop, and integrate machine learning and generative AI applications, optimize model performance, and translate business requirements into scalable AI systems.
You will work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to develop intelligent automation workflows, integrate LLMs and AI tools, and support production-grade AI deployments across cloud environments.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks, data processing, model deployment, and modern AI infrastructure, along with a strong passion for innovation and emerging AI technologies.

Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in AI/ML engineering and applied AI development
- Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI concepts
- Proficiency in AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or LangChain
- Hands-on experience building, deploying, and maintaining AI/ML applications in production environments.
- Familiarity with APIs, vector databases, large language models (LLMs), and cloud platforms
- Knowledge of data pipelines, model deployment workflows, and MLOps best practices
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Passion for emerging AI technologies, innovation, and continuous learning
Key Responsibilities
AI Solution Development
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and workflows
- Build scalable machine learning and generative AI solutions
- Translate business requirements into practical AI use cases and technical implementations
LLM & AI Integrations
- Integrate large language models (LLMs), APIs, vector databases, and third-party platforms
- Develop AI-driven automation systems and intelligent workflows
- Optimize prompt engineering strategies and AI model interactions for performance and reliability
Model Optimization & Deployment
- Improve model accuracy, scalability, latency, and overall performance
- Manage model deployment, monitoring, and inference pipelines in production environments
- Support MLOps processes, CI/CD workflows, and AI infrastructure operations
Data & Automation
- Process, manage, and optimize structured and unstructured data pipelines
- Identify automation opportunities using AI and machine learning technologies
- Enhance operational efficiency through AI-powered implementations and workflow automation
Collaboration & Documentation
- Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and business teams to deliver AI solutions
- Maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and development standards
- Support troubleshooting, system optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
