Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Applications & Admissions Team Lead. The successful candidate will oversee the applications and admissions processes, manage and guide a team, solve technical and operational challenges, and ensure the successful and timely support of prospective students throughout their application and admission lifecycle. The role also involves analyzing data and implementing strategies to optimize team performance and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong Team Leadership and Team Management abilities to effectively lead, guide, and motivate a diverse team.
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and problem-solving capabilities to optimize processes and improve outcomes.
- Experience in Technical Support to address and resolve operational challenges in application and admission processes.
- Preferably, knowledge or experience in Software Development or familiarity with admissions-related platforms and tools.
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to dynamic challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in education, business, or a related field is preferred.
